    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Delivery Charges May Change Upon Time. We Offer Different Delivery Charges Time to Time. Company Can Change These Charges Any Time Without Informing the Customer. Amount to Which Delivery is Free Can Be Change any time.

    How long will delivery take?

    It Depends From Which City/ Country Customer is Ordering. We are Placed in Lahore. In Punjab the Delivery could be Very Next Day or Within 2 Days. But out of Punjab it can Take up to 4 To 10 Days.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    When a Customer Placed an Order. It remains in Processing While we arrange the ordered Item. It could also Changed to On Hold or Pending Payment, Depends upon the method chosen by the customer. Once the Item Handed Over the Courier Person, Its Status Changed To Shipped. Customer Will get an email Whenever the Status Changed.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Once the Customer Placed an Order. A Sales Invoice Send to the Customer’s Registered email Address. Customer Can also ask a hard copy of invoice with the Package.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    Gift Receipt can also be Made if demanded by the Customer.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    Once an Item is Bought through our Website, it cannot be returned, however a Customer can Exchange the Purchased Item. Terms and Conditions apply.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Once an Item is Out of Stock, It can be Re Stock and its Status Will be Update after Re Stocking, But a customer cannot Place an Order if the items Shows Out of Stock Status.

    How can I return an item?

    Once an Item is Purchased, it cannot be Returned, However it can Be Exchanged within a specific Time Frame. Terms and Conditions apply.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Shani Garments is Selling Clothes Since 1983. We Cannot Compromise our Customers Loyalty and Trust. Item will be Same as Described. If By Chance  any issue found,  Customer should be informed Before Shipping.

    For Domestic Parcels We are Changing Flat Rs 250 per Item. If the Billed Amount exceed Rs 10000 Free Delivery will Offered. But Company can Change or Modify it anytime without any Notice.

    How long will delivery take?

    Minimum Time Required is 1 day, However due to certain Conditions it can be exceed to 15 days.

    How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?

    Usually We Proceed Order right after its Placement. But due to some reasons a Parcel Can be Delayed. Its Cost may Vary due to Uncertain Rates Changes By the Courier Companies.
